The hull is constructed from high-strength ABS plastic, internally foam-filled for buoyancy and safety, ensuring the boat remains afloat even in extreme scenarios. The top deck is a hybrid structure combining aluminium composite paneling with 10 mm CNC-cut PVC foam board, offering excellent rigidity, corrosion resistance, and easy service access.

At the heart of the ShadowSkipper X1 are brushless underwater thruster motors, designed for quiet, efficient thrust:
